She has crusty chest and is always itching and smelly. I've tried to give her baths and stuff but my uncle don't keep up on it. Anyway my dog has started scratching at her butt to the point of losing her hair in patches that are crusty and rough. I've given her medicated baths and I been put coconut oil on her mostly on weekends when I'm off work which has kinda helped but I think it's never gonna go away as long as she is at my uncle's 4 days a week.
